Vox Chamber Choir is a group of highly skilled choral artists that are hand picked by the conductor, Franco Prinsloo. Our members come from various professions, including music professionals, lawyers, designers, florists, medical doctors, and psychologists – to name but a few. We are dedicated to providing a unique and professional choral experience for our audience.
Franco Prinsloo
Composer & Conductor
Franco Prinsloo (1987-) is an award-winning composer from Pretoria, South Africa. He creates music in a diverse variety of contemporary classical styles with a specific focus on choral music, vocal music, and music for theater. He has been the Musical Director for the Nedbank Arts and Culture Trust Performing Arts Scholarships from 2014 to the present. In 2019 he received the prestigious Nedbank ACT IMPACT AWARD for Young Professionals. For his soundtrack to the film, Wonderlus, Prinsloo was nominated for the prestigious Silwerskermfees award for Best Original Score in an Afrikaans feature film.

Stimulating creative interaction
One of our goals is to actively stimulate interdisciplinary collaboration between the choir, our composer, and creatives from a large scope of art disciplines. Work ranging from video collaborations, works for dance, visual art, and the choir featured on various albums by stunning international artists.
