Q: What is your day job?
A: Electronic engineer.
Q: How many years have you been singing in a choir?
A: 10 years.
Q: What has been your most memorable experience with Vox to date?
A: The 2019 Vox European Tour. All of it, but especially singing really softly in beautiful cathedrals.

Q: What do you enjoy the most about being part of Vox?
A: Working with Franco to convey the intention behind each musical element.
Q: Which piece is your favourite that you have performed with Vox Chamber Choir?
A: "Ek sal sterf en na my vader gaan" - by Franco Prinsloo (a setting of a poem by legendary Breyten Breytenbach)
Q: What do you look forward to the most with Vox Chamber Choir?
A: Recording and performing "Kruis van Liefde" - Franco Prinsloo. (Keep an eye out on our social media platforms: The full Oratorio will be broadcasted on Radio Sonder Grense on the 2nd of April 2021)
Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
A: Teleportation.
Q: What are you reading/binge watching at the moment:
1. Reading - "The Name of the Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss;
2. Watching - Friends.
Q: Name another hobby/interest you participate in?
A: Looking for stuff I've misplaced.

Q: Name a section in a piece we perform that gives you goosebumps every time:
A: The beginning of "Agnus Dei", the 4th movement of our conductor, Franco Prinsloo's "Missa Brevis 'San Marco'".

1. See the Northern Lights;
2. Compose/arrange a piece of music;
3. Learn a third language.
