Q: What is your day job?

A: Teacher and Head of Culture at a high school in Centurion.


Q: How many years have you been singing in a choir?

A: 5 years.



Q: What has been your most memorable experience with Vox to date?

A: The "Vox Sorting Ceremony" of new members was a very special and unique way to introduce the Voxies in their respective voice groups and Vox-Tette (#die_wille_wolgang_minnesangers BO!), as well as the video shoot of "Somerkersfees". What an experience!


Q: What do you enjoy the most about being part of Vox?

A: Being part of a Vox family who has the same love and passion for music.


Q: Which piece is your favourite that you have performed with Vox Chamber Choir?

A: So far difficult to say. It is all so amazing! I cannot choose.


Q: What do you look forward to the most with Vox Chamber Choir?

A: Creating more music in 2021 and the performance/recording of "Kruis van Liefde" - composed by our conductor Franco Prinsloo​.


Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

A: Healing people of committing crime.


Q: What are you reading/binge-watching at the moment:

1. Reading - Several books from author Deon Meyer;

2. Watching - The Office.



Q: Name another hobby/interest you participate in?

A: Drawing, painting and writing.


Q: Name a part in a piece we perform that gives you goosebumps every time:

A: "On that Holy Night" - build-up with full chorus. Composed by our conductor, Franco Prinsloo.



Q: List 3 things on your bucket list:

1. Traveling to Italy;

2. A boat cruise around the world;

3. Writing a book.
