07:00 - Technical Setup. (Moving North Media, One Big Room Studios, en FPG staff)
08:00 - Orchestra Setup.
08:45 - Vox Arrival, Set-Up, Stage Placement & Warm-Up. (Choristers Must Arrive Warmed Up)
09:00 - Session 1.
12:30 - Lunch. (Vox Harvest Table)
13:30 - Session 2.
16:30 - Finish & Strike.
Additional notes
We will be parking on the University of South Africa main campus by the ZK Matthews Great Hall.
Vox has a tradition of doing a harvest table at long events. Everyone brings a plate or baked something and we all share a lovely meal together. If you would like to participate we would love it but you are also welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer.
