Lize Redelinghuis is one of our Sensational Sopranos, and this is what she has to say about this spectacular upcoming concert:
"The upcoming Spring Concert of Vox Chamber Choir marks exactly 2 years since my first performance in this exceptional choir. Prior to joining Vox, I took a 7 year break from singing to start our family and get my 2 beautiful boys out of nappies. By the time I joined Vox, my spirit was thirsty for that which I knew only choir singing can fulfil⊠and boy oh boy - Vox did not disappoint! The fullness I experience in my heart and soul every time we sing is overwhelming! And I believe this is 100% because of the majestic Prinsloo compositions we are privileged enough to sing.
During these 2 years I have had the most amazing and fulfilling musical and social experiences. I find it hard to remember my daily routine without this beautiful bunch of people. We laugh hard, we play hard, and we sing, well, as directedđ
I have immense respect for Franco. Having known him since Varsity, I had a glimpse of his development and growth as a composer and artist. The respect I have for him as a human and musician inspires me to do my utmost best to do justice to his music when I perform it. I am humbled and very thankful that God is giving me this time in Francoâs choir."
