Marinus Claassen is one of our Brilliant Baritones, and this is what he has to say about this spectacular upcoming concert:

"As a history teacher, the privilege of performing in a venue like the Voortrekkermonument, steeped in historical significance, is truly humbling. The threads of the past interwoven with the present through music - it's a profound experience.

Reflecting on my near 5-year journey with the #Vox_Tribe, I'm filled with gratitude. Each passing year introduces new masterpieces from the creative mind of Franco Prinsloo, turning each performance into a unique masterpiece in its own right.

Significant to me is "Ek Sal Sterf En Na My Vader Gaan." This was one of the first compositions I had the privilege of performing with Vox, and it has stuck with me ever since. It was also the first recording I played for my wife after she joined the choir. This piece of music holds a sacred place in our home.
