"The Vox Chamber Choir has become so much more than just the music. It’s become my safe place, my peace, and most importantly, a place of comfort and happiness.
We, as a collective, pride ourselves in showcasing such monumental bodies of work and we’re just lucky that the person who wrote them, just so happens to be our conductor.
With monumental music comes monumental venues! Our Spring concert ,which is taking place on the 3rd of September, is at the Voortrekkermonument and I’ll be performing there for the very first time in my career and I’m blessed that it’s with my Voxies.
One of my absolute favourite pieces by Franco is "Dink aan my", which was part of his Easter Oratorio called: "Kruis van Liefde", that we performed back in March of this year. Guys, you've never experienced anything like it before!
We work hard, but we laugh together even harder! Here you don’t just find the music, but you find new parts of yourself and you find your people!
